Services - Warranty

GNW provides a one year warranty for all warranted products. The warranty period begins on the date of products shipped to Customers. If Customers promptly notify GNW of a Warranty Claim, GNW will adjust, repair or replace the product.

Extension Of Warranty

6 Months extension: a premium of 7.5% of the original cost.
12 Months extension: a premium of 10% of the original cost.

Exemption

GNW's obligation or liability under this Warranty Policy does not include any transportation or other charges or liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages or delay resulting from the improper use or application of the products.
