Our new web based database application is suitable for all industries but is ideal for the medical market.

With Instrument Track, you will no longer have to worry about the managment of paper copies of test certificates or forgetting about equipment test dates. The database stores all the information you need about all your equipment. This database is also fully searchable.

The web based database is user name and password protected. You can also upgraded to fully secure, encrypted https protection if needed.

Each piece of equipment has its own record card. This card shows all the information about the piece item such as a description, manufacturer, serial numbers, asset number, current location etc.

Our unique feature is our digital managment of test certificates. A copy of the test certificate is uploaded to the database and is saved as a simple PDF. This PDF is then linked to the individual item. To view the test certificate, all you need to do is click the button! A copy is then shown on your screen. This means any member of staff with access to the internet, can log on the system and view test certificates from literally anywhere. Gone is the hasstle of having to dig through hundreds of files of paper work to view a test certificate.

The system also stores all historical test certificates.

To help you keep track of calibration, you are automatically informed by email 2 weeks before the expiry date of the current calibration. This email will tell you what instrument is in need of calibration, all its details (serial number, asset number, location etc), and also the calibration expiry date. The system also notifies GNW's office staff who will also phone to remind you so no equipment is ever forgotten about.

If a piece of equipment in the database is damaged, then all you need to do is log on and click the 'Repair' button on the items unique record card. This will inform GNW of the problem and we will contact you to arrange a collection. No more needs to be done by you, saving you many hours of time and more importantly - money.

Unique for the medical market, we have the SST (Single Source for Testing) add on to Instrument Track. This add on means GNW will be your sole contact for all your testing needs. You only deal with one company, have one invoice to process and have one bill to pay. Simplifying the whole lengthy process of instrument testing leaving you with more time and saving you money.
